"I would like to say most sales people or insurance reps just rush you through the process however the phone call austin was easy to under stand he broke the insurance terms down so I could understand exactly what I was getting then found an even better deal than what I had found for better coverage he also took the time out of his day on a weekend I might add to speak personally with my father as well then called me to make sure everything got done I can't stress enough how amazing it was to have someone actually do their job not just do it but efficiently and professionally. In today's society it's like pulling teeth to even order fast food or ask a favor thank God this was am easy and fast process for me thanks Austin."
